If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with products from Pilot House Coffee, simply contact us within 4 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a replacement product or return the product for a full refund, minus any shipping and handling charges you may have incurred.
No Commitment:
Unless otherwise noted during enrollment, there is no minimum purchase and no obligation to continue. You may cancel your deliveries at anytime by notifying us by mail or phone or via our website.
Shipping Surcharge:
If you receive your coffee by mail, you are subject to a $5.00 shipping surcharge.
Limitations and Restrictions:
- Offers are subject to change and is open to residents of the U.S.
- Offers are only valid for new members of the Pilot House Coffee delivery plans for which the offer is advertised.
- Limit one Pilot House Coffee account per club household.
- Orders are subject to approval.
- Offer is good only while supplies last.
- Pilot House Coffee reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value when supplies are depleted.
Home Delivery Plan
Your Reserved Delivery:
If you are pleased with your Pilot House Coffee Home Delivery Plan, do nothing and a your coffee will be of the type(s) you originally selected will be shipped to you approximately every two weeks for plans of 2 or more pounds and once a month for single pound plans. If you're going to be away for a length of time, you can have your shipments suspended temporarily.
Personal Service And Custom Selection:
If you wish, you may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the grind. Just visit www.pilothousecoffee.com or call 512-487-7732 and a Pilot House Coffee representative will be happy to assist you.
Convenient Billing:
You may choose the option to pay by check upon receipt of each shipment or have each shipment conveniently billed to your credit card.
Free Samples:
We want you to experience everything Pilot House has to offer. From time to time, we'll treat you to free samples of our other distinctive coffees by including them in your shipments.
